We apologise for any inconvenience. CANCELLATION POLICY - If for any reason you wish to cancel your booking we offer a full refund up to 21 days before your arrival date. However, if the cancellation is within 21 days and we are unable to re-book your room, your deposit will be forfeited. If the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of arrival then the full price of your stay will be charged, but only for the nights we are unable to re-book your room.
